This month we are excited to introduce the second interview of our socially responsible project, which seeks to highlight each month a colleague worker because of the way she/he has incorporated the second petal of our petal, “Lead by example” in her/his work and daily life.

It’s 2017 and it’s a time fill of new possibilities. The trend on social responsible culture and the impact it has in companies is something debated in every important business magazine.

The sharing petal of our philosophy is important and the key for creating an environment where success can strive. For over many years Florsani has been helping Cecuidas Kitchen where elderly learn and practice gardening, art, create new friendships and get meals.

Ecuaquímica and Syngenta on a noble project that seeks to improve the conditions of study of children of our employees, working for more than 1 year in the company. The project “Mentes Brillantes”, was held in September, awarding six of the most outstanding students of the school in Malchingui, an Ecuadorian rural area where approximately 80% of our workers live.

Rescuing dogs and cats came naturally to the people who work at Florsani. This is a program that has rescued more than 20 dogs and 5 cats for the last 6 year, not only changing the lifes of the animals but making a positive effect on the people who work here. It takes responsability, effort, kindness and love to raise this animals and keep the fast work rythm that each day requires to maintain a great customer service.

The propagating of plants is where everything starts. Currently, there are a variety of this tools and methods; from taking cuttings to layering to dividing, etc. As any other work, the propagation requires a big amount of time and effort to deliver the best plants.
