LEARNING TO LEARN – FLORSANI’S UNIVERSITY
It’s 2017 and it’s a time fill of new possibilities. The trend on social responsible culture and the impact it has in companies is something debated in every important business magazine. Articles from Forbes to Inc. Magazine proves to the reader that this intelligent practices have a positive impact on the workers, on the community and on the financial numbers. Investing in human capital is fundamental in a competitive world where everything changes too fast. All business is affected by this change and creates a vicious circle of competition that allows companies to optimize recourses instead of investing them in a creative way. Why creative? Because the people in charge of this project must think creatively and should adapt a global strategic into a local way of thinking to have at least a chance to make this idea viable.
That is why we proudly announce our most important project yet, called “Florsani’s University”. On February of this year we gathered a group of professionals to teach every worker about our philosophy, structured it into three pillars of education and we stablished long term goals to make the philosophy a way of thinking, of acting, of working and transforming the community in which we can leave a legacy of Florsani.
Throughout the year this blog will contain valuable information about the process and how it has affected everyone inside and out the company.
