Longer Vase Life at Your Home

Stem Care – Step N°1
Early Monings is the idel time to cut fresh flowers. They benefit of cool night air and morning dew. Use a sharp, non-serrated knife to cut a quarter of an Inch of the bottom of the stems, at an 45° angle.
Water and Flower Food – Step N°2
First, add to your vase 8 oz of this easy to make flower preservative: 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons lemon juice & 1-quart lukewarm water. Mix it up and place your flowers in the vase.
Flower Care – Step N°3
At last, don’t overcrowd the flowers in the vase and keep trimming them when you change the water in the vase. Don’t place fruits next to your flowers, it emits ethylene gas, so even in a separate bowl a few inches away, it’s a surefire flower killer.
